The Application of Self-optimization Simulation Model in Optimal Regulation of Rainwater Utilization in Hilly Areas
In order to take full use of rainwater resources and relieve water resources shortage in hilly areas,it is necessary and emergent to study on optimal irrigation regulation of rainwater utilization.According to the rainwater-collection-storage-utilization (RCSU) programming in Huaibei hilly area in Jiangsu Province,the following essay puts forward a self-optimization simulation model applied to the optimal regulation analysis of RCSU.The result of calculation shows that the optimal regulation processes of irrigation on RCSU are realized.Meanwhile,this example shows that the optimal regulation is effective in practice and the selected model is feasible.
