Comprehensive Water Saving Technique in Well Irrigated Area in Huantai County of Shandong Province

摘要：

In view of the present situation of long-term groundwater overdraft and worsening ecologic environment,the authors make a comprehensive study on agricultural water saving in this region to uphold ecologic environment and sustainable development.The efficient water using technical system is set up to save water through projects,agrotechnique and management methods with joint control of soil water,surface water,groundwater and precipitation.The grain moisture productivity is more than 1.8kg/m3.It keeps the groundwater balance of draft and recharge and provides a technical support for the sustainable agricultural development in well irrigated area in plains.
