Study on an Optimal Experimental Method for a Large-scale System and the Application in Complex Irrigation Works Systems

On the basis of optimal experimental methods for complex systems of multidimensional dynamic programming,linear programming,nonlinear programming and complex simulating system and so on,adopting knowledge models,mathematical models and experimental optimization.This paper presents the theory of experimental optimization for a large-scale system and methods;provides more convenient construct the experimental factor-level table with neural network methods.The application gets good results in optimal design of the canal and cascade pumping station system,distribution pipe network,conjunctive use of ground water and surface water and optimal planning of irrigational districts etc..
