The vacuum environment test for ultrasonic motor

摘要：

In order to apply ultrasonic motor into aeronautic and astronautic field,studying the effect of vacuum environment to the ultrasonic motor,this paper carries on the vacuum environmental experiment.Applying different pre-pressure tests the speed,torque and temperature of ultrasonic motor in low.high vacuum and normal condition .The experiment shows that the ultrasonic motors can operate in vacuum,but the performance is different from that in normal condition.
