Experimental Study on a New System of Low Temperature and Humidity Under Frosting Conditions

Because of the low humidity and temperature of the setting of the air condition leads to the ablating temperature of refrigerate machine under the freezing point that results in the frosting on the surface of evaporator.At the present time,the solution being used in the double systems or double evaporators is let them work by tums,in order to eliminate the frost on the surface in time.While the eliminating frost process needs heating up on the surface of the evaporators with the difficult control and too much energy consumption.Due to these facts,we designed a system.This system design is based on the thoughts above.From the result of the experiment,we find that the lower the temperature of the room is,the faster frosting rate gets.With the increase of frost,the heating exchange will descend,so the temperature of the room will go up.But in a working period,the fluctuating of temperature in the room will not preponderate over a range (±2℃),which achieves the purpose of this design.
