Research of the Reasonable Distribution Schemes of Water Quantity of the Fuhe Basin in Jiangxi Province

摘要：

Based on the theory of the distribution of the initial water rights,combined with the present situation and the forecast of water demand of the Fuhe basin in Jiangxi province,and according to the principle of the sustainable use of water resources of a basin and the democratic treating,the different distribution schemes of water quantity were obtained by the different principles of water distribution and the different method of water distribution among different water users(water use areas).The feasibility of the distribution schemes of water quantity in time and space was proved by the simulation model.At last,the different distribution schemes were assessed synthetically.
