Load Characteristics of Ultrasonic Motor with a Longitudinal-Torsional Converter and Various Friction Interfaces

摘要：

Ultrasonic motors with a longitudinal-torsional converter and various friction interfaces were studied;this type of motor is also called mode conversion ultrasonic motor.The friction interfaces can be changed by alternating the material of the rotors or appling different friction materials on the rotor suface.From the analysis of the results,the most fitting friction interface for the ultrasonic motor with a longitudinal-torsional converter would be found.
