Evaluation Model of Construction of Container Terminal with ANN

Subjective factors such as weight values,to a minimum degree,effect final results in the course of evaluation of Port construction. It is more likely to lead to decision-making prone to unreliable and inefficient.A new decision-making supporting method was presented to evaluate construction of container terminal according to the characters of container terminal transportation system.Meanwhile a corresponding dual evaluation (horizontal and perpendicular evaluation) model and its application were also provided in this paper in basis of artificial neural network with view to obtaining reliable nd accurate final result.
