High-precision Alignment Control Based on PLC and Optical Correction System
An easy and robust method to realize high-precision alignment in inserting system based on PLC is proposed in this paper.The designed inserting system and its Optical Correction System are introduced firstly.Then the procedure of alignment is described in details,which includes position correction and orientation correction.The analysis of the proposed method is presented in experiment section.The experimental results demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
