Discussion on Indicators System in Environmental Impact Assessment of Economic Development Zone Planning

摘要：

The rationality and accuracy of indicators system in Planning Environmental Impact Assessment (PEIA) decided the scientificity of EIA process directly. This paper analyzes the features of PEIA indicators system, and takes Macheng Economic Development Zone PEIA as a ease to discuss the establishment principles, hierarchical structure and feasibility of PEIA indicators system.
