Study on the Application of Landscape Ecology Methodology in Planning Environmental Impact Assessment: A Case Study on Development Planning Environmental Impact Assessment of Dalian Eastern Forest Park

In order to support the assessment of alternative options and synthesis reasoning in planning environmental impact assessment (PEIA), the landscape ecology methodology is applied to deepen the ecological impact assessment and diversify the technology methods within the framework of landscape division and heterogeneity. Here, a set of procedures and methods of landscape ecology is raised and applied in the PEIA of the eastern area developmental planning of the Forest Park of Dalian city, Liaoning Province, China.
