Accelerate the development of Wuhan economic cycles and ecological civilization by SEA
Conforming to the global economic integration to set up the synthetically reformed district of two mould communities, it can help carrying forward the infrastructure construction, industrial distribution, area marketplace, urban and rural construction and environmental protection. SEA is a systemic guarantee for the strategic decision of the sustainable environmental development, the bridge that sounds development of Wuhan economic cycles. Because it lays stresses on sustainable development and puts prevention first, sufficiently considering a matter of overall accumulated and attached effect and so on that result from the abstract strategic development, the abstract conception is turned into practice.
