Research of the Plan Environmental Impact Assessment on Exploitation and Development of Coal Industrial Mining Area--Taking Zhuolu Mining Area in the Mid-Hebei Coal Industrial Base for example

摘要：

The study was conducted to discuss about the Plan Environment Impact Assessment (PEIA) on the Exploitation & Development (E&D) of the coal industrial mining area. Taking Zhuolu coal mining area for example, the analysis focused on the three parts of the EIA work: the identification of environmental impact, prediction and evaluation of environmental impact, and ecological restoration in different land-use stages.
