Research on the Characteristic of Environmental Impact of Mineral Resources Planning

摘要：

On the basis of the introducing the mineral resources planning system and the main content of mineral resources general planning, the author expatiates the main environmental problems from the mineral resources exploitation and utilization, and put forward the guidelines, methods and the contents of the environmental impact assessment by exploring the mineral resources planning in advance.
