Practices and Development of Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (SEA) in the Plan for National Economy and Social Development

摘要：

By analyzing the features of the Plan for National Economy and Social Development, the paper identifies the major points of strategic environmental assessment(SEA) in the plan and discusses the development of SEA in the plan for Chinas national economy and social development with elaboration on the practices of SEA in the 11th Five Year Plan for national economy and social development in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
