Research for the Characteristics of the Binary Ice Vacuum Preparation

摘要：

The binary ice vacuum preparation uses the triple point principle of water to maintain vacuum by some measures.It makes water flash vapour under low pressure.Consequently it produces a cooling effect.In this paper,the testing equipment of the ice making in vacuum will be introduced.Also the characteristics of the binary ice vaccum preparation is researched and analyzed for its influence factors.
