Application of Digital-Scroll compressor on Reefer Container
With the rapid development and prosperity of ocean-going transportation,reefer container transportation plays an important role in worldwide trade.However,the energy saving of the reefer container also attracts the eyes of experts and scholars all over the world.The digital-scroll technique mentioned in this paper is newly developed.The working principle of the digital scroll compressor was discussed,that was,and the meshing time of the top static scroll plate and the bottom active scroll plate was controlled by the prorating of the period of time.When the two scroll plates meshed together,the compressor was loaded.When separated,the compressor unloaded.Many merits that the digital-scroll compressor was used in reefer container refrigeration unit were enumerated in this paper.Compared with the normal frequency conversion system that considered as the mainstream of refrigeration unit energy-saving,digital scroll system possesses a lot of superiority.The digital-scroll system can drop the temperature to a designed value more quickly than the normal frequency conversion system that in the same case.The refrigeration capacity of the digital-scroll system had a much wider scope to adjust and the performance of refrigeration unit was also prior to the frequency conversion one.What is more,the electromagnetic wave,the product when the current frequency conversed,the disadvantage that affected the normal work of the radar on board,was much less that the digital system produced than that the frequency conversion system did.In order to find the truth,we took a relative comparison experiment between the digital-scroll system and the frequency conversion system in our lab.Taking the same case in the Refrigerated container,by computing the energy-consumption in digital scroll system and frequency conversion system,we can conclude that digital-scroll system has a better efficiency of energy-conservation.
