Research on coalmine disaster accident forecasting using microseismic monitoring technology

In the process of coalmine mining,unexpected disaster accidents often occur,,such as roof-fall、water inrush、gas outburst、 rock burst and so on.The occurrence of these accidents sometimes leads to serious consequence,large economic loss and personnel casualty.Therefore,disaster accidents forecast is an important topic.Many disasters in colliery are related to rock fracture.These fractures generally produce acoustic emission or microseism.Therefore,Microseismic monitoring is an effective method to discover the precursor and forecast accident.This article briefly introduces the principle and characteristic of mieroseismic monitoring,the relation between coalmine disaster accident and mieroseismie event.Also,how to use microseismic monitoring technology to forecast eoalmine disaster accident is preliminary studied.
