Research on observation method of equivalent material experiment based on the 3-demensional laser scanner system

In order to overcome disadvantages of traditional observation methods in the equivalent material experiment,an advanced observation method of three dimensional laser scan system is applied to the experiment.The observation system can not only realized from the traditional simple point data acquisition to automatically continuous,untouched data acquisition,but also can capture abundant spatial information.The observation improved the efficiency and accuracy of experiment observation.The CyraX2500 laser scanner system is used to observe the equivalent material experiment model of the steeply inclined seam and the Cyclone software is used to deal with the dot cloud data,the deform values of different strata can be acquired.The research shows that 3-demensional ray scanner system can capture high accuracy continuous data,observe entire model by the untouched method,and decrease the effect of the experiment model because of touching it.The Cyclone software can realize the comparable analysis of deforming data in uniform coordinate.The 3-demensional laser scanner system can improve the experiment observing technology level.
