Study on the sustainable development model in declined mining areas

摘要：

The coal belongs to nonrenewable resources.The coal-mine which is prosperity with the coal exploitation would decline with the exhausting of the coal resource.It is an objective law that the declining of the coal mine is unavoidable as the time goes on.So it is very important for the coal-mine to realize the sustainable development.The coal-mine needs to make the strategic program early as soon as possible,get rid of the limitation of the resource by influencing the declining process,regulate the industry structure and develop substitutable industries actively.This paper analyses the traditional development model and the sustainable development model,puts forward five basal sustainable development models,including the model of resource exploited appropriately model,the model of technological innovation,exploitation in other place,the model of diversification,the model of modem agricultural.And then it analyses and appraises their advantage,limitation and the appropriate conditions.This paper provides a good thought for the sustainable development.It be of momentous current significance and far-reaching practical significance.
