Mensuration of miners thermal comfort degree index with relevant analysis and appraisal research
With the increase of exploiting depth of mine,the underground temperature is rising gradually,thus,the quantity of mines influenced by the phenomenon of high air temperature is increasing annually,and meanwhile the thermal hazard in underground mine is worsening.All of these affect the health situations of miners,the improvement of productivity and the state of safe production in underground mines directly.The exploiting level of Dongtan Mine in Yanzhou Mining Group is below -660,which causes a problem of heavy thermal hazard.In order to reveal the different thermal hazard degrees in different places in underground mine clearly,and provide evidences for air-conditioning project of mine,the mensurations and analyses of thermal comfort degree for miners must be carried out.According to the real surveys and analyses for the miners in Dongtan Mine about the indexes of thermal comfort degree including the varying metabolism,varying body heat and quantity of sudation,etc.,the relations between the indexes and thermal hazard degree and the relations among these three indexes can be gained.Through the calculation and appraisal about labour intensity index on the basis of vital capacity determination,the scientificity and rationality of taking various thermal comfort degree indexes as the standards of thermal hazard degree in different places can be proved.Therefore,a simple method to appraise thermal hazard degree of mines can be provided.By this way,the work of prevention and control for mining thermal hazard can be guided in a reasonable direction,which can protect miners physical and mental health,guarantee mines safe production effectively.
