Research on advanced safety idea education

摘要：

Recently,the situation of safety production in our country is extremely stern;the condition of large accident total quantity with lots of malignant accidents and serious occupation harm has not been reversed.By studying a lot of accident cases and analyzing the reasons of accidents,the essential reason of the stem situation of safe production in our country at present is lack of safety education.Currently,the key point of safety education lies in the education of the advanced safety idea which is the power of general cadre and staff study and exercise the safety knowledge skill.This paper brings forward seven safety ideas which must be established for safety production,as follow: Safety first idea;Accident cannot be the zero idea;Accidents fortuitousness and inevitabilitys idea;Production without violating the rules and regulations idea;Accident triangle idea;Safety is the productive forces idea;Three does not injure idea,and moreover brings forward the principle of safety idea education ought to observe.The advanced safety idea education is the urgent affair of improving the situation of safe production,also is the ultimate outlet.
