Study on synthetic supporting technology of high stressed soft rock roadway in synclinal structure

The 3rd central transformer station and pump station of Xuecun mine Fengfeng Group is 650m in deep,where the surrounding rock is siltstone mostly,bedding is developmental,and the argillaceous rock is cementation.The uniaxial compressive strength is 17MPa,so surrounding wall is soft rock.And the stations are by synclinal axis and locate in region of high stress.After the roadway is excavated into the region,the problem of supporting becomes more and more serious.The traditional of bolt and U-formed arched falsework have been deformed and destroyed badly.Aiming at engineering problem above,this paper discusses the supporting principle of soft rock roadway and high stress roadway.And based on theoretical investigation,equivalent material simulating and numerical simulation,we confirm gross section synthetic supporting technology that consists of shoterete and rock bolt,anchor cable increasing stress,grouting reinforcement and inverted arch,and design idiographic supporting parameters and construction measure at one time.At the same time,the rock pressure surveying is used for surveying of roadway constringency and deep base point.Founding on the supporting process and surveying result,the supporting design is reasonable,the supporting effect is best,the most excavation deformation is within the rational limits.The experiment is successful,and it has a good reference for similar supporting.
