Research of broken roof in coal mining face leading consolidation technology
In this paper,after analyzing the reason for the destabilization of the roof near the fault,and coal slide and roof fall,it believes that it is the destabilization of the balance structure that was formed by the discontinuous block that was cut by leading pressure from the nether roof caused the breakage of the roof.On the basis of the above,the author advances consolidation using Polyurethane,because of its highly adhesive force and good mechanical features,the Polyurethane can agglutinate with the coal well,can convert the coal bed roof that was destructed by the tectonic stress and the mining pressure into the complete roof that has the structure of the combat ional girder and the integral girder,can improve the damage-resistance ability of the complete roof,and can resist the delaminating of the overlying rock stratum and the extending of the fault.This method can have good effect in the engineering practice.
