Study on speedy emergent controlling technology and equipment of coal seam fire

摘要：

The new technology of high production and high efficiency uninterrupted grows,the coal mine has increased the mining intensity,and the scope of goal has expanded unceasingly,and the ventilation system has complicated relatively,therefore,the fire of coal seam spontaneous combustion has become one of main disasters influencing coal safety in production.As the coal mine has the spontaneous combustion of coal seam,it will badly threaten individual safety of worker,so the fire of coal seam spontaneous combustion must be extinguished rapidly,and avoids the disaster extending.This paper established the fire emergency controlling technology system that took technology of extinguishing and preventing fire by the new gel as main technology,and adopted the technology of stopping up airleakage by fast spraying polyurethane foam,inert foam extinguishing and preventing fire as auxiliary technology,and developed series extinguishing and preventing equipment of the drilling tools of one-off drilling borehole,the motion machinery of impregnating with gel,the inert foam apparatus and fast fire extinguisher etc.,and established emergency preparedness of extinguishing and preventing fire and the management system,and formed the more perfect speedy emergent controlling technology system of coal seam fire.
