Study on the influence of reagent consumption on fly ash floatation closed-circuit test
China,a country mainly relying on coal,inevitably results in environmental pollution during the development and utilization of coal.The predominant problem is the emission of fag-end,especially the emission of waste burnt cinders,which is the significant living rubbish in our country.At presen4 76% of the electricity power is generated by coal-fired plants.Each year coal for this purpose may he more than 0.8 billion tons,and It fly ash may be generated from 3-4t raw coal.The large-scale development of coal-based electricity power Industry causes the steep rise of fly ash emission,thus China is not only the biggest country of fly ash emission in the world,but also the most seriously-polluted country by fly ash.The disorderly pile of fly ash causes the pollution of air,water sources and land.In this paper,on basis of sampling from a fly ash piling dam in Guizhou and measuring the loss-on-ignition from sampling points,it carried out the floatation closed-circuit test.From results of the test,it found that the middlings treatment is the key to floatation decarburization and the utilization of the tailings after decarbonizing.Under different usage of reagent,the middlings returned for rough concentrates may give effects to the ignition loss of refined carbon;meanwhile,the amount of reagent used may also give great influence to the recovery of carbon.
