LIMIT VALUE OF AXIAL COMPRESSION RATIO FOR SRHSHPC COLUMNS CONSIDERING INTERFAClAL BOND-SLIP BEHAVIOR
Steel Reinforcement Concrete (SRC) Composite Structures have been widely used in high and super-high building in recent decades because of excellent bearing capacity, rigidity and seismic behavior. The column at the bottom floor of the building is critical to the seismic performance of the structure. In this paper, the seismic behavior of steel reinforced high strength high performance concrete (SRHSHPC) columns is studied and the limited value of axial compression ratio is determined. In this paper, the seismic behavior of steel reinforced high strength high performance concrete (SRHSHPC) short-column is investigated and the limited value of axial compression ratio is determined. 3 SRHSHPC columns, with shear span ratio 3.0 and concrete strength 109.5MPa, are tested under low cyclic reversed load. Considering the bond-slip behavior between steel and concrete, slip sensors are placed on the steel interface. Based on test results, failure character and ductility factor of SRHSHPC columns are obtained under the combined action of pressure, flexure and shear. The failure mechanism of the specimens is analyzed in detail and seismic performance of the SRHSHPC columns is evaluated. According to the stress equilibrium of the column section, the calculation model for the limited values of axial compression ratio is established.
