Sintering Properties of (KxNa1-x) NbO3 Piezoelectric Ceramics

Both solid-state reaction and hydrothermal method were used to synthesize the powder of (KxNA1-x)NBO3 in this work.The sintering properties of ceramics fabricated from different powders were investigated.The relationship between the account of pva,the density of ceramics and the sintering temperature was discussed.The ceramics was molded and pressed at different pressure.The influence of the pressure on the density of knn ceramics was also investigated,the crystal structure of the obtained powder was investigated by xrd and the microstructure of ceramics was observed by sem.The results show that the powder prepared by hydrothermal method has better sinterability compared to the one prepared by solid-state reaction method,the k content lowers the sinterability of ceramics.The density of ceramics is very sensitive to the sintering temperature.
