Experimental Research and Analysis on Absorption Enhancement of Ammoniasolution by AL2O3 Nanofluid

With the rapid development of nano technology,researchers increasingly pay attention to nanofluid as a medium of heat and mass transfer.In this paper,the preparation of the Al2O3 nanofluid with uniformity and stability is firstly introduced and discussed.Experimental research on absorption enhancement of ammonia-water solution by Al2O3 nanofluid was conducted.It was found that the Al2O3 nanofluid with SDBS additive for 3h diffusion had the good stability,and could be kept for 72h at least,and the absorption enhancing effect of ammonia-water solution by the prepared Al2O3 nanofluid with the SDBS additive for 3h diffusion was exhibited,although SDBS itself had a restraining role to ammonia absorption.The absorption process of ammonia-water solution of the Al2O3 nanofluid with SDBS additive for 1.5h diffusion had restraining effect,which shows that the stability and the aggregation effect of the nano solution have the most important influence on the mass transfer process.This paper will provide a reference for subsequent research on thermochemical compressor of minitype ammonia absorption refrigerator.
