Numerical Study on the Oil Pump System of Rotary Compressor
Lubricate system is the most critical parts in compressor.A good design oil system can decrease dry friction during start up.Oil pump lubrication is a complex physical dynamic process.This article use CFD method to study lubricant distribution on inner surface of crank shaft,flow from radial hole and shaft parts influence on lubricate system.Two VOF (Volume of fluid) methods are applied to simulate oil system,which can be referred for similar two phases flow calculation.
