AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF RC BEAM STRENGTHENED WITH PRESTRESSED CFP
Comparative tests among beams strengthened with pre-stressed CFP under the Secondary Load were performed and a device for loading the pre-stressed CFP developed. The failure mode of CFP and its effect on carrying capacity are analyzed. The result shows that the method of using pre-stressed CFP to reinforce the beams is feasible and effective.
