APPROACH OF MANAGEMENT PLANNING IN CONSTRUCTING HIGH-QUALITY CROSS-SEA BRIDGE

In this paper, several essential problems currently existing in the construction of cross-sea bridges in China have been addressed. Based on the construction management planning of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, the compilation of series of life-cycle standard system, design theory and methods, determination of agreement mode, construction technology, key techniques, special equipment, preparation of resources and supervision policies etc have been studied. Some management planning approaches for improving the construction level of the cross-sea bridges have been discussed systematically.
