MARINE CSEM MODELLING
During the studying on the marine control source electromagnetic(MCSEM) method, we find that there is less research on the relationship between the electromagnetic character and the shape, the buried depth of the abnormal. So we want to make some modeling of the MCSEM method by 3D finite difference method to find the relationship between them. After the reliability of 3D code is confirmed, the 3D forward modeling method is applied to a typical columned oil bearing model with different radius, frequencies and depth. The paper shows the field response characteristics with the changing of anomaly bodies, transmitter frequency and the anomaly depth, respectively. It is a good way to understand the wave propagation of MCSEM method.
