Disaster management system of long-distance pipeline based on 3S

This paper introduced 3S technology into the disaster management system of long-distance pipelines.It can timely get the information of the disasters occurrence and development,establish a comprehensive management information system,implement dynamic monitoring of the disaster management system of long-distance pipelines effectively,and memorize,collect and manage all of the data.The disaster management system of long-distance pipeline is a technology platform with diverse function and complex structures,which structure is divided into three levels,namely,application layer,service layer and data layer,in order to accomplish its functions.It mainly realizes functions of disaster warning,disaster response and dynamic disaster assessment.It can make use of resource effectively,and take suitable methods and actions to prevent and reduce disasters.In order to realize high precision of LOD and satisfy the requirement of speediness and high effect of System 3D platform,ROAM is modified by using adaptive quad tree achieve continuous LOD.According to actual demand and data size,it can access appropriate allocation space.
