Study on the key technology of over-water bored pile platform construction of Sutong Yangtze River Bridge
In order to solve the construction problems of large diameter,super-long drilling pile in the condition of deepwater and rapids of Sutong Yangtze River Bridge,the key technology of over-water bored pile platform construction are studied.This paper summarized the technology of over-water bored pile platform construction and analyzed the innovative design of construction platform and technology of steel casing sedimentation methods positioning control.Firstly,the problem of pile test platform with steel pipe pile and advantages of steel tube as supporting structure of construction platform are analyzed,and then SAP2000 3D finite element software is used to simulation the force and deformation of main pier foundation and it is proved that steel tube as supporting structure of construction platform can meet the requirement for construction.Finally,the technology of position control,control elements and treatment measures of steel tube as supporting structure of construction platform are introduced,which accumulate experience for the construction of large bridge foundation.
