Method research on bridge hollow slab detection by ground penetrating radar

摘要：

Based on the principle of the ground-penetrating radar,a method about the bridge hollow slab detection by using ground-penetrating radar was discussed.The detection practice showed the nice consistency among the numerical modeling,physical simulation and spot validation on the method.The research results proved the theoretic condition is sufficient and it is feasible to adopt the ground-penetrating radar to detect the top slab thickness of the bridge hollow slab.The method has greater applicability.When the ground-penetrating radar is used to detect the top slab thickness of the bridge hollow slab,to avoid the interference effectively,the transverse sample interval should be small enough,and the main frequency for the antenna as well as the gathering parameters should be appropriate.Also the reasonable processing parameters for the radar data analysis should be adopted to get the intuitional and reliable detection results.
