The earthquake warring system upon the planet Earth launched to locate the new observation station in western China

摘要：

The Earthquake Warring System upon the Planet Earth (EWS) derived by Chinese National Astronomical Observatories was applied in this paper to test earthquake circumstances from 1950 to 2050 for two potential astronomical observatory candidates in western China,Kalasu and Oma.And as a comparison,the same works are performed for four famous astronomical observatories in the world separately,Manna Kea,Cerro Paranal,Chajnantor and La Silla.The test result shows the possible dangerous of quake hazard of both candidates Kalasu and Oma is less than in the mentioned four observatories.
