STUDY ON SUSPENSION STRUCTURE PARAMETERS BASED ON RANDOM ANALYSIS METHOD
Suspension Structure is generally composed of mega structures and substructures.Frequency ratio, mass ratio, damper ratio of mega structure and substructure, and optimal length of boom are important parameters of suspension structure. In this paper, these parameters are optimized by random analysis method for single-degree and multi-degrees of freedoms of mega structures with suspended system. Firstly, transfer functions and mean-squares of random responses of suspension structure are derived by Fourier integral transform method and random analysis method subjected to white random excitation. Secondly, the relationship of frequency ratio, mass ratio, damper ratio and mean square of random response is established respectively, so the optimal parameters can be found.Finally, the practical analysis method for the optimal length of suspension boom is obtained by establishing the relationship between the length parameter and the mean-square response with the variation of the parameters directly. As the analysis results indicate, the optimal parameters is quite different in the condition of big mass ratio from the one of small mass ratio.
