APPRAISING THE RELIABILITY OF SINGLE-STOREY INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS BY GREY CLUSTERING APPROACH AND FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION
It is difficult for the evaluation matrix to converge hierarchically when grey clustering approach is used to appraise the reliability of single-storey industrial building. Therefore, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced for hierarchical processing, which is combined with grey clustering analysis to get a modified grey comprehensive evaluation model. The evaluation procedures are as follows: Firstly, an evaluation table with multi-level factors is created, then the reliability of each sub-item is evaluated using grey clustering approach, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach is used here for hierarchical matrix operations, finally, the comprehensive appraisal rating of single-storey industrial building is obtained. An example indicates that, the proposed method combines the merits of grey clustering approach with those of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach, which can reflect the actual service condition of structural elements comprehensively and precisely.
