Improved Fuzzy Clustering Algorithm and Its Application in Document Clustering

摘要：

Aiming at the disadvantages of existing fuzzy clustering algorithms, this paper proposes a kind of improved fuzzy clustering algorithm, i.e. PSFCM algorithm. In PSFCM, the prior knowledge is introduced by labeled samples so as to decrease the attraction of the partial extreme points to cluster centers and thus the overall optimization is realized. When the improved fuzzy clustering algorithm is used to document clustering, the satisfactory results are obtained.
