The Research Based on the Mainly Contradictory Relationship and Catabolic Mechanism of Supply Chain of Competing and Cooperating
The harmonious relationship among all the sides of supply chain is the base for the efficiency and quick response of the supply chain, which can guarantee the increase of the competitive power and profiting level of the whole supply chain and the individual node enterprise as well. This paper takes the relationships among all sides of the exterior chain as the object to study the main contradictions and relieve mechanism. There exist many contradictions in terms of benefits in a supply chain which is controlled by inside and outside environment. This paper analyzes the relationship between supply and demand the optimization of the whole interest and the maximal interest of each unit, generalization and individuation. All of them are analyzed individually by setting up the supplying-demanding model, information system model, the strategic model of generalization and delaying differences. It is necessary to establish the effective promoting mechanism and construct strategic cooperation to relieve these contradictions and eventually enhance the whole managing accomplishment.
