First Freight Process Optimization in Air Express Operation

摘要：

This paper defines the concept of first freight process and first freight process time of air express consignment operation. Today, in very strong competitive environment of air express industry, optimizing first freight process and reducing first freight process time are about to become new a solution to approve the competition ability for competitors. This paper also indicates several solutions to optimize the first freight process, including radio frequency identification tag putting to use, queue system simulation, and other new ideas.
