Analysis and Study on the Dynamics Model of Enterprise Operation - BPR

To provide concrete support for Business Process Reengineering (BPR) related decisionmaking, this paper regards BPR and enterprise operation as an integrated and dynamic system. According to the requirement of operability and smoothness of BPR, we construct a dynamic model of BPR-Enterprise Operation is constructed by using the principles and methods of systems analysis, in conjunction with the theory of dynamics. On this basis, variables and parameters are analyzed, and the mechanism of variables and parameters is also discussed. The analysis of the vibration and impact of BPR on enterprise operation iswas carried out with the proposed model. Combining with linear optimal control theory, the reasonable control strategy is found based on the requirement of operability and smoothness. Thus the variables and parameters of model are adjusted in order that the enterprise maintains better operation in BPR.
