The Research about Establishing a Multi-level Capital Market-------Based on Regional Capital Market Dimension

摘要：

Chinas capital market is mainly an exchange market, and two problems are identified. On one hand, enterprises have only one financing platform and thus SEMS nearly have no finance space; on the other hand, small and medium investors can not find suitable investment ways. To solve these two problems, we have to reform the capital market structure and establish multi-level capital market. By making a research on the development of the regional capital markets both at home and abroad and analyzing Chinas capital market system, the article finds that the key to establishing a multi-level capital market is to establish a regional capital market. Then some advices are accordingly given.
