A Comparative Study on the Living Conditions of Migrant Workers and Urban Workers for a Harmonious Society

摘要：

Since the reform and open policy has been being carried out by Chinese government, a great number of migrant workers have come into cities, who have contributed a lot to the rapid growth of Chinas economy. However, the living condition of those migrant workers is one of the hot issues in the Chinas society. This paper makes a comparative study between migrant workers and urban workers in Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan province of China, and provides some relative measures to improve the living conditions of migrant workers and to promote the construction of a harmonious society.
