Logistics Strategy Selecting Analysis of Coal Group Enterprises
Modern logistics management needs logistics strategy, as coal group enterprise has features such as long production-line, multipoint and vast area, logistics management is especially important to coal group enterprise, coal group enterprise must carry out plan and management to logistics in strategic height, so it can ensure logistics system run at high efficiency and make logistics management level of company reach a optimal level. This paper discusses combination selecting problems of logistics strategy for coal group enterprise, matching model selective problem about logistics strategy and company competition, the author hopes provide a reference for logistics strategy selection of coal group enterprise. In the combination-selecting process of coal group enterprise, it must take competition strategy of coal group enterprise as a guideline, to make coal logistic strategy consistent with companys integrating competition strategy. Only under the condition that logistic strategy consistent match with companys integrate competition strategy, it can help promote integrate competition advantage of company. If conflict exists between two factors, logistics strategy must service for and help implementation of companys integrating competition strategy.
