Innovations of Partnering Mode Based on Indications of New Barrel Theory
(0) The New Barrel Theory is the extending and development on the basis of Barrel Theory. Its main idea is that the enterprise must break through the constraint of its own resource, and bring on some new competitive advantages under the condition of integrating with other ascendant resources among the market. The original idea of Partnering Model is cooperative relationship or partnership, so there is high relativity between them. The development of New Barrel Theory will affect the innovation of Partnering Model inevitably. And this will bring positive significance to the application of Partnering Model in the engineering field in China. This paper generates five indications of New Barrel Theory and then establishes corresponding relationship between project type and Partnering Mode.
