A Voronoi-Based Method for Evaluating Service Points Distribution
The focus of competition is service quality in bank field. Service points distributed at different positions are banks important service terminal. Its rationality in number and spatial distribution directly influences serving efficiency and conveniency to clients. This paper proposes a Voronoi-based method to evaluate service points spatial distribution so as to provide a qualitative reference for optimizing the service points distribution. The experiment proves that the method is feasible and very similar to human perception and cognition.
