Learning Corporate Culture Is the Basis of Promoting Core Competence

In order to maintain their lasting competitive advantage, corporations must fully excavate and make efficient use of their unique internal and external resources to support their own competitive advantage, and it needs to continue to nurture and enhance their core competitiveness. Learning corporate culture using learning-oriented way of thinking can continuously improve individual, team and organizational learning capacity. It also encourages and facilitates the sharing of knowledge and creativity. Cultural power, learning ability, and innovation ability are organically interacted as the important representation of core competitiveness. Therefore, it is asserted that building learning corporate culture with continuous improvement is the basis of forming corporate core competitiveness.
