Research on Self-Assessment Technique and Diagnosis Model Under Uncertainty
There are two noticeable characteristics in self-assessment models criteria based quality award. One is their multi-level and multi-indicators criteria structure and another is their cause-effect connection between organizational ability and its performance result. Aiming at the hierarchy of quality award criteria, a valid technique is established for the measurement of qualitative indicators and the synthesizing of multi-indicators with uncertainty based on a revised evidential reasoning approach. The technique can better deal with the uncertainties and ignorance of information in self-assessment. Then, aiming at the cause-effect relationship in quality award models, a diagnosis model is established based on the calculation of grey relation grade with uncertainty. This model can help organizations to identify their weak areas which have significant influence on their results.
